  • Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?
    Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. As long as we have a 24 hour notice there will be no $50 cancellation charge.
  • Do you always come the same time on the same day?
    With the exception of inclement weather, your cleaning day is guaranteed. However, with the exception of the 1st appointment in the morning, we can not guarantee a specific time of day for your regularly scheduled visits because our schedules and travel routes can change from week to week. We will make our very best effort to arrive at your requested time and are more than happy to contact you the day before your service with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?"
    Yes! We can use your supplies if requested, too.
  • Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
    We aim to please. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately at 540-680-1990 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns or refund your cleaning fee.
  • What if something in my home gets broken?
    We will gladly replace anything we break :)
  • How do you access my home?
    1. Give us a key or garage code, doesn’t matter. We will keep your keys locked in a safe so no one can touch them but me. Keys are number coded and are not marked by personal information. Giving us a key or garage code will ensure that we can always gain entry and you will not be charged a lockout fee. 2. You can even hide a key if you don't feel comfortable giving us one.
  • Do you charge by the job or by the hour?
    By the job! Each house is priced different depending on square footage, lifestyle, how many pets are in home, etc. We are flexible with prices and will try our best to match your budget.
  • Do you do move in/move out cleans?
    Yes, we do move in/move out cleans!
  • Am I supposed to tip?
    Nobody is forced to tip, but it would be greatly appreciated :)
  • How do I pay for my cleaning?
    We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Preferrably cash but we also accept a personal check, Venmo, or PayPal.
